A mother who went back into the house for two other family members amid a fire was among the five persons killed in the blaze that hit a residential area in Barangay Bagumbayan, Navotas City.
According to Katrina Son's report on Saksi, two others were injured in the fire, which started at 3:58 p.m.The fire required 20 fire trucks to respond.
Fire Supt. Joel Diwata, the Navotas City fire director, said the houses were built close to one another and made of light materials.-NB, GMA Integrated News
