The mother of Phenix Wilkerson, an autistic boy who was missing for 51 hours, was charged with chemical endangerment.
According to law enforcement, 25-year-old Shyanne Nicole Ray of Clayton was arrested on Wednesday on two counts of Chemical Endangerment of a Child.The arrests come from the State Bureau of Investigation’s investigation into Phenix’s disappearance.
