Police say they rescued 5 people Saturday who were being held against their will at the Inn & Studios Downtown. The motel, near I-35 and S. Laredo, has been a hotbed for criminal activity, according to SAPD figures.
San Antonio police arrested four people in connection with the alleged kidnapping of five people at a motel near downtown. Suspects from left to right: Monica Martin, 45; Susan Fisher, 49; and Ty Morris, 58. A mug shot for Alfred Wallace, 25, was not available from the Bexar County Jail.– A motel near downtown San Antonio where five people were reportedly rescued after being held against their will has been the site of numerous other crimes.
“First, they had knocked on my door to see if anyone was in there. I was, like, ‘Nah, no one is in there,’” he said. “I was at the pool, and they tried to go to another room.”While the unidentified guest said he didn’t know at first what was happening, in hindsight he had noticed something unusual about the people in the room.
