Top-seeded Delbarton will be seeking its 19th title in the state's oldest county tournament
In what has been one of the most surprising boys lacrosse seasons in recent memory in terms of upsets, certain things just seem immune to change.
Delbarton and Mountain Lakes are the top two seeds for the 36th Morris County Tournament, with reigning champion Delbarton seeded No. 1 in search of its 19th title, and Mountain Lakes at No. 2 and after its 15th crown.The state’s oldest county tournament gets underway with four preliminary-round games to be completed by Saturday. The first round will be May 7 at the fields of the higher seeds, and the quarterfinals May 9, also at the higher seeds.
