Joe Morelle joined local leaders Wednesday to celebrate the outstanding contributions of local Jewish Americans.
He presented five honorees with statements from the Congressional Record, highlighting their contributions to the area.The five individuals were chosen for their leadership, service and volunteer work in our region. "It's not just about the notable names we read in the newspaper or see in the media," Morelle said. "It's about the people whose work too often goes unrecognized, whose small but selfless acts of service improve the lives of those around them and, in doing so, uplift our entire community."
