In the key swing state of Florida, 40.6% of registered voters have already voted. Over 5 million ballots have been cast, 2 million of which were in-person. In Pennsylvania, over 1 million ballots have been cast. In North Carolina, over 3 million voters have cast their ballots early. And over 7 million Texans have already voted, which is over 80% of the total turnout in the state in 2016.
