Sales of traditional hybrids rose in markets including France, Spain, and Germany

Combined petrol and diesel vehicle sales accounted for 48.9% of the market in April. The diesel market remained steady in April with 118,000 units sold, accounting for a 13% share. Diesel sales rose by a significant 28.1% in Germany but fell by 21.1% in Italy, 19.3% in Spain, and 18.1% in France.
