Tracking the tropics next week in the Gulf
Tuesday is another hot and humid day with more storms expected. Temperatures rise to the lower and mid-90s under partly cloudy skies.
Afternoon thunderstorms are expected to form and possibly be strong. Our western cities have a chance for severe weather. The line is west of Huntsville, The Woodlands and Katy. East and south of this line, storms will be isolated. Make sure you are weather ready! Our main concern is damaging winds 60mph +.Next week we’re tracking the tropics. There is deep tropical moisture in the Caribbean Sea that will be moving toward Florida tomorrow through Friday.
Friday through most of Sunday will be extremely hot and humid, but dry.
