More passengers stranded in Cebu as AgatonPH lingers
CEBU CITY, Philippines — The number of stranded passengers in Cebu grew on Monday, April 11 as bad weather due to Tropical Depression Agaton lingers.
As a result, 371 individuals or passengers were left stranded in various ports in the island province, up from 286 last Sunday, April 10. At least 20 localities in Cebu remain under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 as Agaton continues to bring moderate to heavy rains in most parts of the Visayas.
