Phase 5 of the home building project in Rehobeth to sell 85 new homes.
85 new homes, all of which will be connected to the town's newly installed sewer system, are being built in the Chase Ridge community.It’s the fifth phase of a project in the Chase Ridge subdivision.Stone Martin Builders, the construction company working on this project, also built about half of the Chase Ridge community.
Project Manager Chris Taylor said connecting the new homes to the new sewer system will attract more development and economic growth. “It really updates the infrastructure for the town of Rehobeth, and also these communities,” said Taylor. “It gives peace of mind to the homeowners. They now have a sewer system that’s managed by the city.”
“We say in the office that we don’t build houses, we build homes,” said On-Site Sales Professional Jessica Shelley. “It is always our desire to have a positive impact on the buyers.” Stone Martin Builders is also offering a “stack your savings” incentive. It grants the first five home buyers $5,000, plus up to an additional $15,000 to use on amenities and home improvement upgradesand receive the latest local news and weather straight to your email every morning.
