PETALING JAYA: Prasarana Malaysia Bhd will implement a new key performance index (KPI) system and monthly updates will be posted on social media, says Anthony Loke.
The Transport Minister said the KPI system will also take into account mean kilometres between failures to assess train stability and services.
He said at present, the MKBF is only disclosed to the ministry but now the public will be able to know if MRT and LRT had experienced any issues. The target for MKBF is 1,000,000km by 2026," he told the press on Tuesday after attending a Prasarana buka puasa event with its staff at the Lembah Subang Depot.
