A Montgomery man has been charged with Capital Murder.
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Montgomery Police Department has charged Isaiah Gipson, 30, of Montgomery, with capital murder.in the 4900 block of Hatton Avenue, near Mobile Highway.
