Montgomery County leaders say this is an opportunity for all of us to learn more about what it means to live healthy and a great way to learn about available resources to help you live healthy. “We are excited to host two Health & Wellness Fairs this year,” said Montgomery County Commission Chairman Doug Singleton. “An active and healthy lifestyle is key, and these events are a great way for residents to get plugged into local resources that promote exercise, nutrition, and wellness!”
