Montgomery County mom Raven Yates arrested in Alabama after being accused of abandoning kids

The children ran out of the small amount of food left for them, and the daughter contacted her father and Yates' ex-husband for help. The daughter would call him regularly, telling him her mother was working. The father told police that on Nov. 14, Yates' mother said she saw her daughter in Mobile but that she did not have the children with her, police said.
