Montana Brown wears cooling nipple pads as she says she is 'in pain everywhere'
Former Love Island star Montana Brown is nothing if not honest when it comes to the realities of being a new mum, and the toll that pregnancy and birth can take on one's body.
In her latest updates, Montana shared some pictures of herself and partner Mark O'Connor with their little one and, in the last picture, the new mum looked exhausted as she wore cooling pads on her breasts. Prior to that, Montana posted a clip as she spoke to the camera whilst resting in bed, as she said that she was 'exhausted' and 'in pain'."Being in pain constantly and your emotions all over the place.
Montana, who found fame on Love Island in 2017, also revealed that her blood pressure keeps rising, but then going back down.
