A video of the stunt-pulling biker has emerged online
The video, that has since gone viral, racking up over 275,000 views, was posted by Craig Harper on Facebook and shows a passenger filming the police car driving through Leeds city centre before a dirt bike appears in front and begins doing stunts.

Craig told Leeds Live: "You can drive like a looney and 'not be held accountable' yet mistakenly drive one mph over the speed limit at 1am and get 100 pound charge and 3 points.
