Kaitlynn Lee, 25, was ‘laughing, dancing and lip-synching’ to a song with a friend inside her apartment in New Albany, Indiana, when they heard banging on the window, according to court documents obtained this week by WHAS11.
Joshua Thompson has been charged with murder He confessed to going to Lee’s apartment even though she had an active no-contact order against him, because he wanted to see if other men were with her. Thompson said he saw Lee through a gap in her window blinds and saw both women dancing for the social media clip, knocked on the widow with his gun and broke it, then fired at Lee. His firearm was recovered outside the window with a single shell casing used.
