Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana midfielder Teboho Mokoena took to Instagram to share his portrait on canvas, done by a well-known artist among Mzansi's biggest stars. Elijah Mnisi who specialises in scribble drawing artworks recently presented a portrait on canvas to Teboho Mokoena.
The Bafana star likely commissioned the work from Mnisi, who's done work for Kaizer Chiefs legend Siphiwe Tshabalala and ex-Orlando Pirates striker, Tshegofatso Mabasa. Mamelodi Sundowns' midfield dynamite, Teboho Mokoena appears to have invested in some art after receiving his portrait scribble drawing from Elijah Mnisi.
Along with the aforementioned big names, Mnisi has done work for Sundowns and Bafana legend Teko Modise and other A-listers such as Somizi Mhlongo, De Mthuda and Oscar Mbo. The abstract nature of scribble drawings make it harder for the artist to present something that appears clean. Mnisi presented a unique but quality piece of art to the ex-SuperSport United star, bringing out the best qualities of scribble drawings and portraiture.
