Mokoena gives warm welcome to new Downs signing
Iqraam Rayners has been spotted at the Mamelodi Sundowns training facilities, and received a warm, humorous welcome by Teboho Mokoena.
Signing for a new club often means new challenges, new surroundings and plenty of new faces which could sometimes represent a daunting adjustment. However, the former Stellenbosch striker looks as though he will not have much trouble fitting in, considering the warm words he received from his teammate.
He was accompanied by Mokoena and Papa Tsitsi while walking in training attire, when the former said:"Guys, please welcome my Iqraam 'Iqi' Rayners" before humorously proceeding to give him other nicknames. Rayners has recently been alleged to have assaulted someone with a case said to have been opened against him.
It has been suggested that the striker has penned a five-year deal at Masandawana, with an official announcement expected to be made soon.
