Mohamed Salah displayed his qualities once again in Liverpool colours as they beat Chelsea to return to the top of the Premier League
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah posted with Chelsea match-winner Curtis Jones following their 2-1 triumph. The Reds returned to the top of the Premier League thanks to the academy graduates' second-half strike. Jones , who starred for Arne Slot's side after he deputised in place of Alexis Mac Allister on Sunday, was in the thick of the action at both ends of the pitch.
Jones ghosted beyond the Londoners' back line to stab home from Salah's cross to restore the lead in front of the Kop. Taking to Instagram, Salah posed with Jones with the pair all smiles after their good work in an important win and first test under the new head coach. The Player of the Match-winner can be seen recovering after a gruelling 81-minute run-out, with the hectic period continuing when they travel to RB Leipzig in the Champions League .
