MOH says Covid cases rise by 3%
The Health Ministry says the Covid-19 situation in Malaysia is under control despite a 3% rise in new infections. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, May 5, 2023.
Health Director-General Dr Muhammad Radzi Abu Hassan in a statement today said based on data from the Health Ministry’s Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre, the number of Covid-19 admissions to public health facilities increased from 4.8% per 100,000 people in the previous week to 5.8% from April 23 to 29.
