WKYC Channel 3, citing confirmation from Fortune Brands, reported on Wednesday that the company plans to amalgamate regional offices across the United States into a single location in Deerfield, a suburb north of Chicago.Moen's history in Ohio dates back to 1956 when its founder, Alfred Moen, established the business in Elyria. While the Elyria plant eventually closed in 2008, Moen's headquarters has remained in North Olmsted since 1994. In a statement released by Fortune Brands Innovations, a spokesperson expressed gratitude for the community's long-standing support and acknowledged the talented team in North Olmsted. They emphasized a commitment to treating employees with care during this transition and assured them of support in making informed decisions.
