Iminungkahi ni Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste sa Inter-Agency Task Force ang pagpapatupad ng "modified community quarantine" sa lalawigan.

Pero para naman kay Lian Mayor Isagani Bolompo, mas mabuti kung naka-general community quarantine na ang bayan ng Lian sa kabila ng pagkakaroon ng positibong kaso ng COVID-19 sa bayan. Ani Bolompo, mabibigyan ng pagkakataon na umusad na ang komersiyo sa Lian kung GCQ na lamang ang paiiralin rito. Nauna nang iminungkahi ni Leviste noong isang linggo sa IATF ang posibilidad ng modified community quarantine sa Batangas.
