) - A 41-year-old Mobile woman was arrested Sunday and remains locked up today on a first-degree domestic violence charge following a shooting incident that left two people wounded, according to police and jail records.
Police said that shortly before noon Sunday, officers responded to the 4000 block of Kwajalein Drive after reports of a shooting involving two male victims. They officers discovered that one of the victims and his wife had been in a physical altercation, police said. According to investigators, it was during this altercation when another male engaged in a fight with the husband, at which point his wife produced a gun and shot toward both men, striking them.
Authorities said one man sustained life-threatening injuries, while the other’s injuries were not life-threatening.Copyright 2024 WALA. All rights reserved.
