Mobile police said that “due to the urgent circumstances in attempting to locate a third subject, we have received a court order allowing us to release this juvenile subject’s name and photo to media outlets. “Our homicide investigators have been diligently working this case since day one and I’m proud of their commitment to make sure justice is served,” said Police Chief William Jackson. “While I commend their work in making these arrests, in no way should that overshadow the life lost that night.
