Players express their dissatisfaction with the game's excessive screens, animations, and Promo Pack opening system, which they find tedious and inefficient.

Players are increasingly vocal about the numerous inefficiencies within the mobile game, particularly the excessive number of screens and animations that disrupt the gameplay experience. A common frustration revolves around the numerous notification screens that are non-skippable, forcing players to sit through them. Furthermore, the card pack-opening animations, while entertaining, consume a significant amount of time, especially when dealing with Promo Packs.

These special packs offer unique cards not found in standard booster packs and are highly sought after by collectors. However, the process of obtaining and opening Promo Packs is cumbersome and time-consuming. Players can earn one Promo Pack per battle, but after the initial round, they become a chance reward. This means that even after successfully completing a battle against a specified deck, players might not receive any Promo Packs.Adding to the frustration, each Promo Pack contains a randomly assigned card, so players might engage in multiple battles hoping to acquire a specific card, only to end up with duplicates. The most time-wasting aspect is the method of opening these Promo Packs. Unlike Wonder Pick events, where cards are automatically revealed and added to the collection, players must navigate to the in-game gifts menu to claim their Promo Packs. This process becomes tedious when players aim to collect multiple packs simultaneously, as they have to claim, then rip open, and watch the animation for each individual pack. Many players suggest streamlining this process by allowing direct pack opening from the Victory screen or enabling bulk opening similar to standard booster packs. Unfortunately, the developers seem to prioritize new features like trading and new packs over quality-of-life updates that address these issues. This leaves players uncertain if these time-wasting elements will ever be rectified
