MMA: Team Lakay tumulong magpaabot ng relief goods sa Benguet

Isang grupo ng mixed martial arts athletes ang sumabak sa panibagong laban sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Naghatid ng mga relief packs ang Team Lakay sa mga apektadong pamilya sa Benguet at Baguio City - isang paraan ng pagtulong sa pagsugpo sa sakit na nakaapekto na sa kabuhayan ng marami.

Nagsama-sama sina Team Lakay stars Eduard Folayang, Kevin Belingon, Joshua Pacio, Jeremy Pacatiw at head coach Mark Sangiao sa pagdala ng relief goods sa Saint Joseph Village sa Navy Base sa Baguio nitong Biyernes. "I hope 'yung mga relief packs na ito are going to be a big help sa mga kapatid natin," sabi ni Eustaquio, dating ONE flyweight champion, sa kaniyang Facebook post. "We have plenty of vegetables, 5 kilos of rice and of course corn which is very essential now," ayon kay Eustaquio.

Kasama ang Baguio at Benguet sa Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine ngayong mayroong COVID-19 pandemic at maraming pamilya ang apektado ng extended lockdown.Noong nakaraang linggo, nagpunta rin sa bayan ng Cruz sa La Trinidad ang Team Lakay para magpahatid ng gulay sa mga nangangailangan.
