Former Health Minister Zweli Mkhize files a supplementary affidavit to have the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) report reviewed and set aside.

Mkhize stands accused of allegedly putting pressure on Department officials to award a controversial R150 million tender to Digital Vibes, a company owned by his alleged associates and his family.

In the latest court papers, he says the SIU approached this investigation with a predetermined outcome.He is seeking that the findings and recommendations be set aside and declared unlawful and unconstitutional.He also claims the SIU ignored evidence that the former Health DG played a significant role in the awarding of the tender.
