Mitchell Robinson and Isaiah Hartenstein continued to make a huge impact at both ends for the Knicks in Game 4 against the Cavaliers.
“Just doing whatever the team needs to win,” Hartenstein said. “I think at that point it’s probably not as much of a scoring spot, doing whatever I can to help the team win.
“I think Mitch did a great job today, especially on the offensive rebounding side and finishing the ball. So I was just trying to help the team when Mitch was out.” Robinson had said following Game 3 that the Cavs appeared “shook” and were “probably” rattled by the Knicks’ interior defense.Cavs big men Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley combined for just 11 boards in Game 4, with Mobley fouling out in the fourth quarter.
“We’re just playing hard,” Robinson said Sunday. “They’ve got two 7-footers out there. So it just takes a little more extra effort and we got the job done.”
