Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe is calling lawmakers into a special session to consider aid for tornado victims and incentives for stadiums for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. Kehoe announced Tuesday that the special session will begin next week. The move comes after a deadly tornado hit St. Louis on May 16.
