m. A Missouri man, Carl Ray Lee Foster Jr., 39, is in custody, suspected of intentionally setting two Dublin businesses on fire. Flames erupted from the roof of E&H Ace Hardware in Dublin during a two-alarm fire Tuesday night, where everyone was evacuated safely, and neighboring businesses were unharmed.Foster is also facing charges related to a second arson that same night. Foster has been charged with aggravated arson after a fire in a Marathon gas station bathroom, located less than half a mile from the hardware store. No injuries were reported in the gas station fire.Charging documents reveal the bathroom fire occurred shortly before the hardware store blaze. Washington Twp Fire Chief John Donahue said, "While investigating that, the company identified a fire here at E&H Ace Hardware." The hardware store chain, based in Wooster, expressed gratitude to first responders on its Facebook page and informed customers that the business remains temporarily closed as damage is assessed.Charging documents state that Foster matched the description of the suspect caught on video who set the Marathon bathroom on fire.Investigators say Foster admitted to being in the area at the time of the bathroom fire and claimed he was homeless and trying to return to Missouri.Millersburg man indicted for child exploitation crimes in Haiti A Millersburg man has been indicted on child exploitation crimes in Haiti.Investigators revealed that Jeriah Mast traveled to Haiti more than 30 times betweenOhio Gov.
