Suzanne Simpson's DNA has been identified on a motorized saw.
Suzanne Clark Simpson, a mother of four and a realtor, was last seen Oct. 6 at her home in Olmos Park. The mother of four went missing in Olmos Park about two months ago. Her body has not been found.
Authorities informed family members this afternoon that Suzanne’s DNA has been identified on a reciprocating saw, which was mentioned in anBrad is charged with tampering with physical evidence with the intent to impair a human corpse. The indictment says that Brad committed an offense, "namely a murder, alter, destroy, and conceal a human corpse.
The indictment also sheds light on the aggravated assault charge, saying that Brad "used or exhibited a deadly weapon, namely the hands of the defendant, and an object unknown to the grand jury" that was intended to cause Suzanne's death and serious bodily injury. The documents also state that Brad also concealed a fully automatic firearm, a 7.62x39mm caliber select-fire rifle, that was not registered with the ATF or National Firearms registration or "classified as a relic or curio." Investigators believe that Brad did this to "impair its availability as evidence" in Suzanne's murder.
