A missing juvenile from Illinois was found by Perry Township Police Wednesday afternoon. Officers responded to a welfare check and located the juvenile in a vehicle with an adult identified as Steven D. Myers. Myers was taken into custody and charged with Interference with Custody.

PERRY TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A missing juvenile from Illinois was found by Perry Township Police Wednesday afternoon. According to the Perry Township Police Department, their officers responded to 300 Westland Ave NW to assist the Zeigler Illinois Police Department with a welfare check in an attempt to locate a missing juvenile.

After the residence was checked officers did not locate the juvenile; but, the juvenile belongings were found at the location.During the stop, officers found the missing juvenile in the vehicle with an adult identified as Steven D. Myers.
