Updated: Oct. 10, 2023, 7:28 a.m.On Sept. 21, Parma police reached out to North Royalton regarding a black SUV that apparently hit numerous things on Sprague Road.

The vehicle, missing a left front tire and most of the rim, had front-end damage. The Santa Fe was sitting off the road with its driver inside of the still-running Hyundai. The woman was arrested and also cited for illegal window tint, expired plates and driving with a suspended license.
