Frey told CBS This Morning Thursday that,"I am not a prosecutor, but let me be clear: The arresting officer killed someone… would be alive today if he were white." While calling for"all-out effort to restore peace and security" in Minneapolis, the mayor stressed that the rage revealed in recent protests"must also be understood by our non-black communities" and cannot be"If you're feeling that sadness and that anger, it's not only understandable; it's right," Mayor Frey said."It's a reflection of the truth that our black community has lived.
