"What we have seen over the past several hours and the past couple of nights in terms of looting is unacceptable," he said at a press conference."Our communities cannot and will not tolerate it." A police precinct was set on fire, vandalized and surrounded by protesters tonight -- but there was no sign of the police or firefighters. When asked why, Frey pointed to other fires and looting incidents that officers had to respond to as well.
