Mindy Kaling is providing insights into her appearance in Meghan Markle 's upcoming Netflix series, 'With Love, Meghan.' In the January 2 trailer, Meghan offers Kaling a slice of sponge cake, leading Kaling to exclaim, 'This is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life.' Kaling further shared details about her friendship with Markle during a red carpet interview at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
'Two months postpartum, Meghan texted me asking if I wanted to be in her show,' Kaling recalled. She also mentioned enjoying Meghan's cooking, calling her recipes 'really accessible.' While Prince Harry didn't cook for Kaling, she believes he's 'a pretty good cook.' Kaling previously appeared on Meghan's 'Archetypes' podcast in 2022, where Meghan praised her. 'With Love, Meghan' premieres on Netflix on January 15th, featuring eight 33-minute episodes. The show aims to 'reimagine the genre of lifestyle programming' through practical advice, candid conversations, and a mix of new and old friends
