I hope Roy is okay with me revealing that because I thought that was one of the more intriguing things, and a lot of those elements if you know anything about meditation, is you're given a word to meditate on. Roy's like,"I meditate on a word, and then other ideas would come into my head, and other creatures in my meditation would give me other words to meditate on.
