We KNEW it (that's what we're telling everyone at least)
Inception fans have been battling over the ending to Christopher Nolan’s epic film ever since it first graced our screens 10 years ago.
If you need a little refresher, the film ended with Dom Cobb reuniting with his family after his criminal history is basically erased – but there has been a huge debate over whether he was dreaming this, or if it actually happened. But Sir Michael – who starred as Cobb’s mentor Stephen Miles – appeared at a Film4 screening in 2018, and spilled the beans on the ending.In a clip from the event – which is doing the rounds on Reddit – he confessed that he didn’t completely understand the idea behind the film.
‘I said, “When is it the dream and when is it reality?” He said, “Well when you’re in the scene it’s reality.”Well Stephen was in that final scene with Cobb and his children, so by that logic, there was quite a happy ending to the 2010 action movie.
