Millie Bobby Brown has gone full-on Barbie Bobby Brown with her latest fashion look. The 21-year-old Stranger Things star already leaned into the Barbie core aesthetic when she went blonde a few weeks ago.
Now, this look she wore while doing press is giving us all the Barbie Beach energy we’re looking for, especially as we’re begging to get out of this endless winter. Brown stood along a balcony, posing for her Instagram page. She wore a blue and white striped mini skirt and halter neck top set from Hervé Léger, pairing it with a white bolero jacket. Brown, a huge proponent of Y2K style and anything sartorially from the past, finished off the look with a pair of white Old Hollywood-esque cat eye sunglasses and a white Versace tag bowling shoulder bag that fit the look perfectly. MBB also wore a pair of white square-toe block heels, making the whole get-up very reminiscent of a look straight out of Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster hit. On the beauty side, Brown had her hair in a loose beach wave with a very Y2K bright blue eyeshadow, matching perfectly with her outfit. MBB wore the ensemble while doing a press run for her upcoming science fiction film, The Electric State, which is set to hit Netflix next month. Brown has been showing off her new blonde ‘do a lot recently, even making her way onto the 2025 SAG Awards red carpet wearing a peach Louis Vuitton gown. She kept it simple, wearing her blonde hair in a slicked-back bun with a loose strand of hair falling on her face. Just a day later, she attended the premiere of The Electric State at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood wearing a Gilded Glamor-esque golden gown from Annie's Ibiza, which she paired with De Beers jewelry and another Barbie-esque updo. While it’s not a universal fact, these looks prove that Millie Bobby Brown is indeed having more fun as a blonde, and we are here for it. What will she give us next?
