) - We will see increasing temperatures and rain chances over the next couple of days, while we continue to monitor a potential winter storm for the southeastern United States this weekend. Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s in near 70 degrees for daytime highs through the end of the week.
The rain chances will start out low at first, with only a 20% chance on Wednesday. We could see a few widely scattered showers on Thursday with a rain chance at 30%. There could be significant ice accumulations that affect the power grid and travel for our neighbors to the north on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday. Our temperatures will begin to drop on Saturday night and Sunday.
