The Houston Texans have announced the appointment of Mike Tomon as their third team president in franchise history. This decision follows the departure of former team president Greg Grissom. Tomon brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent the past decade at Legends, a marketing firm co-founded by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and the Steinbrenner family.
Tomon's leadership at Legends was marked by strategic investments that led to significant expansion and groundbreaking partnerships with global organizations such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, FIFA, and the Rugby World Cup. Prior to joining Legends, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at AEG, where he developed and managed the global premium sales strategy for all AEG assets worldwide. Tomon is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he played football for the Hoyas.
