Hotel restaurants have to make the best of the box they came in, and right now the box Corinne came in is covered with tape, bounced around like a lost package in the mailroom of the South Alamo construction zone. That box is the newly renovated Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa in the former home of the Marriott Plaza , itself the former home of San Antonio’s only Four Seasons hotel, a luxury destination in a building designed by Tower of the Americas architect O’Neil Ford.
