Richard Little is being held pending further proceedings on threats, weapons possession charges.
A Franklin County man has been charged and detained on federal threats and weapons charges for making vivid threats of violence against Pa. Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Pennsylvania Air National Guard sergeant and others.
He is being held in Cumberland County Prison for federal authorities pending further action on his case. It’s not clear exactly what Little’s motivation was, but ATF agents noted in the criminal complaint that the latest barrage of threats appeared to have directly followed an apparent eviction notice served on Little on June 10.
In at least one of his follow-up videos, federal agents said, Little gave what amounted to a verbal description of the assault he was planning on anyone who came to his property, during which he also displayed multiple guns he said were at the ready.
