The Greatest Showman received its wide release in the United States on December 20, 2017, and it grossed over $430 million at the box office. On the other hand, the actress has 'every intention' to carry on in darker projects, such as the Venom series that stars Tom Hardy in the title role. The former Dawson's Creek star admitted that pretending that an alien had possessed her body was 'hard.'
