Liberty X star Michelle Heaton has been labelled “an inspiration” by her fans after she showed off her washboard abs and toned back in a gruelling new workout video that she posted to Instagram.
Michelle’s fitness post followed one day after she spoke openly about going through menopause and how keeping up her fitness has helped her manage the effects. “Find the energy, get out there walking, go for a run, go to the gym, see your friends, get a basketball session in, whatever it takes.
