Manresa after 20 years. After serving its last meal on New Year's Eve, the Los Gatos restaurant shuttered — but now, Kinch has shared his next move.
The acclaimed chef and his business partners are planning to open three restaurants for a new housing development called North 40 in Los Gatos, reported the. Developer Harmonie Park announced that Kinch, baker Avery Ruzicka and partner Andrew Burnham plan to lease a 7,100-square-foot building at The Junction at 5011 Los Gatos Blvd. The Junction is slated to be a food and retail center for the residents of Los Gatos' new housing developments.
Kinch's team plans to open a second location of Kinch restaurant Mentone , a sixth location of Kinch and Ruzicka's Manresa Bread , and a brand-new restaurant that hasn't been announced yet. Harmonie Park Development CEO Don Capobres referred to Kinch and his team in a press release as"industry luminaries" who"were home grown right here in Los Gatos.""They represent the artisanal ethos we are cultivating at The Junction," he said."We are delighted to partner with them.”
