Céleste was designed by the French architect, Joseph Dirand, who is also behind the restaurant Loulou at the Louvre. “Zephalto’s vision is to offer guests a chance to view the Earth from a new perspective and witness its spherical curve, in the darkness of space but in the comfort of quality, hospitality and safety,” the company said in a statement.
