The brother of former presidential economic adviser Michael Yang has been arrested at the Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport , the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission said.Yang Jian Xin also known as Tony Yang and Hongjiang Yang was caught by PAOCC and the Bureau of Immigration based on a mission order as an undesirable alien.The same information was relayed by Sta. Rosa, Laguna Representative Dan Fernandez at the House of Representatives hearing.
“That Antonio Lim where his residence that was submitted to the SEC — Yakal Street Cagayan de Oro City is the same person of the brother of Michael Yang in the name of Jian Xin Yang, the older brother of Michael Yang,” he added.Fernandez says Tony Yang is a Chinese national “pretending to be a Filipino.”The BI said that pursuant to a mission order it issued, Tony Yang was arrested for "misrepresentation and undesirability.
