Oher, the former NFL tackle known for the movie “The Blind Side,” filed a petition Monday in a Tennessee probate court accusing Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy of lying to him by having him sign papers making them his conservators rather than his adoptive parents nearly two decades ago.
The petition alleges the Tuohys used their conservators status to make deals that made the Tuohys - and their birth children - millions in royalties from the movie. Oher, on the other hand, got nothing that he says “would not have existed without him.”. He can be heard on “The Opening Kickoff” on WNSP-FM 105.5 FM in Mobile or on the free Sound of Mobile App from 6 to 9 a.m. daily.
